This year’s virtual stakeholder meeting will focus on the conduct of disability research against the evolving digital landscape. This interactive meeting will include presentations, panel discussions and breakout groups for participants to engage around the theme of digital accessibility and inclusion. There will be time after each presentation for the audience to engage in a moderated question-and-answer session.

Submit Feedback to the ICDR
The ICDR invites all stakeholders to submit written feedback via the ICDR email inbox at ICDRinfo@neweditions.net. Written feedback will not be read aloud during the meeting, but all feedback will be carefully considered and used to inform the future direction of the ICDR. Please submit your comments by June 28th.

This Administration for Community Living-funded webinar will focus on how assistive technology (AT) contributes to accessible transportation. AT is critical to allowing individuals with disabilities and those who are aging to maintain and improve their independence. It enables people to live healthy, productive, independent, and dignified lives, and to participate in civic life, education, and employment. When AT is combined with transportation, it becomes a key element of fuller community participation.
The NIDILRR-funded Rehabilitation Research and Training Center (RRTC) on Employment of People with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities is hosting a 2-day virtual conference highlighting research studies to help reduce the high levels of unemployment among people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
