CDC May 2014 Vital Signs Series: “Adults with Disabilities and Physical Activity”

The CDC Vital Signs monthly report was launched in 2010. Most of the materials are available in English and Spanish. Vital Signs is released the first Tuesday of every month. Issues include colorectal and breast cancer screening, obesity, alcohol and tobacco use, HIV testing, motor vehicle safety, cardiovascular disease, teen pregnancy and healthcare-associated infections, foodborne disease and more. The May 2014 Vital Signs covered statistics about adults with disabilities and suggestions for physical activity.
