LEAD Center Publishes Model Cooperative Agreements for Vocational Rehabilitation Agencies

Title IV of WIOA requires that Vocational Rehabilitation (VR) agencies include in their State Plans an assurance that they have entered into a formal cooperative agreement with various state agencies. LEAD Center, in collaboration with CSAVR, has created a manual providing a summary of the VR policy framework for cooperative agreements, as well as a model MOU and MOU templates. The model MOU is intended to serve as a template for VR and other agencies to use when discussing and negotiating MOUs with state partners from Medicaid, Mental Health, and Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities Agencies.
